About Jan VonBokel
I am Currently working as a full time artist/teacher. I work in various mediums using an energetic and bold style to express myself. I have now ventured into clothing design and all my pieces are either created from my art images or hand painted. I am designing jewelry to compliment my Fabrics using clay and some glass and metals. My work can be viewed at The Vault art gallery in Tuscola, Illinois. My paintings have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in galleries and museums throughout the mid west, including, Table Arts Center at Eastern Illinois University, The Swope Art Museum in Terre Haute, Indiana, and the Lakeland Library Gallery at Lake- land Junior College in Mattoon, Illinois.
